Site Visit Details
An optional site visit will be held at FE Warren AFB, WY, allowing vendors to view the facilities. Due to the secure nature of the sites, vendors are limited to two (2) personnel and one (1) vehicle. All personnel must undergo a strict evaluation and background check. Attendees must leave all electronic devices in their vehicles, and no pictures are allowed. Vendors must submit Attachment 2 - EAL.xlsx with each member's full legal name and driver's license number via DoDSafe (not email) by the deadline.
Key Requirements
- Personnel Clearance: All site visit attendees will undergo background checks; criminal records may cause denial/delay.
- CMMC Certification: The awarded vendor MUST have a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 or higher, with a score of 110 or higher, at the time of award. Vendors are advised to begin working on this requirement immediately.
