- Cybersecurity: Offerors must meet CMMC Level 2 (SELF) certification (110 score or Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) at award). The 110 standard must be met within 180 days of award.
- Personnel: Strict background checks and security screening (typically 2 weeks). A maximum of 12 contractor personnel may be onsite during a cleaning event. For EAL, vendors are limited to 2 personnel, providing full legal name, driver's license state, and number.
