  • "Catalog" Workflow Replication: How the proposed LMS will provide an identical or superior user experience to the current Canvas "Catalog" feature, ensuring uninterrupted access and global registration.
  • Mission Continuity Guarantee: A strategy to ensure 100% training continuity during the transition, supported by technical approaches and contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM): A detailed ROM for a base year and four option periods, covering software/platform licensing, migration/transition costs, and training/support.
