Scope of Work

Location requirements include:
- Within a delineated area (East: Rt. 10 to east side of Logan city limits to Rt. 10; West: US 119; North: US 119 to Rt 10; South: Rt 10 to Rt 73 to US119).
- No history of heavy industrial use (e.g., dry-cleaning, gas stations).
- Not immediately adjacent to railroad tracks or near industrial/manufacturing zones.
- Direct access from a primary/secondary street, with traffic signals within two blocks if on a high-traffic roadway. Space must be within ¼ mile of a primary/secondary street.
- Must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards.
- Must not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain.
A fully serviced lease is required. Entities must also be familiar with telecommunications prohibitions under Section 889 of the FY19 NDAA.
