Scope of Work
The government seeks contractors capable of producing LTT HC trailers (NSN 2330-01-387-5424, PN 12450001) and/or integrating Advanced Medium Mobile Power Sources (AMMPS) Integration Kits (NSN 2330-01-542-6775, PN 13230E6565) onto the LTT HC. Production must comply with a Government-provided Technical Data Package (TDP) and Army Technical Purchase Description (ATPD).

Submission Requirements
Interested companies must submit a capability statement (maximum two pages) via email to alexa.p.geill.civ@army.mil. The statement should include:
- Company Name, CAGE code, Point of Contact, and phone number.
- Business size according to NAICS Code 336212, and any other suggested NAICS codes.
- A summary of experience and past performance (within the last 3 years) related to trailer production and/or generator integration onto LTT HC.
To access the TDP and ATPD documents, companies must be certified in the Joint Certification Program (JCP), have an active System for Award Management (SAM) account, and submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to Alexa Geill. The NDA, effective until March 13, 2026, outlines terms for proprietary information exchange and confidentiality.
