Scope of Work

Production must comply with a Government-provided Technical Data Package (TDP) and Army Technical Purchase Description (ATPD). Eligibility & Submission Requirements
Interested companies must submit a capability statement via email to alexa.p.geill.civ@army.mil. To access the Distribution C TDP and ATPD documents, parties must be certified in the Joint Certification Program (JCP), have an active System for Award Management (SAM) account, and submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The NDA (TDP and ATDP Non-Disclosure Agreement.docx) outlines terms for handling proprietary information and preventing Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI).
Capability statements should include:
- Company Name, CAGE code, Point of Contact, and phone number.
- Business size according to NAICS Code 336212 (and any other suggested NAICS codes).
- A brief summary (max two pages) of relevant experience and past performance within the last 3 years related to trailer production and/or generator integration.
