The Government seeks contractors capable of:
- Producing LTT HC trailers (NSN 2330-01-387-5424, PN 12450001).
- Integrating Advanced Medium Mobile Power Sources (AMMPS) Integration Kits (NSN 2330-01-542-6775, PN 13230E6565) onto the LTT HC. All work must comply with a Government-provided Technical Data Package (TDP) and Army Technical Purchase Description (ATPD).

Submission Requirements
Interested companies must submit a capability statement and detailed responses to a market survey questionnaire.

- A brief summary (max two pages) of relevant experience and past performance (last 3 years) in trailer production and/or generator integration.
- Responses to 33 specific questions covering business profile, commerciality, past performance, programmatic, production capability, engineering, and integration.
- Access to TDP/ATPD: Requires Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification, an active System for Award Management (SAM) account, and a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The JCP data custodian must sign the NDA, and POCs must match across SAM, JCP, and the NDA.
