Sources Sought Notice

This notice is a market research tool to identify potential sources for the production of Light Tactical Trailer-Heavy Chassis (LTT HC) trailers and/or the integration of generators onto the LTT HC. The government is seeking information to plan a potential future competitive follow-on effort. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), and no solicitation is available at this time.

The government is interested in companies capable of producing LTT HC trailers (NSN 2330-01-387-5424, PN 12450001) and/or integrating Advanced Medium Mobile Power Sources (AMMPS) Integration Kits (NSN 2330-01-542-6775, PN 13230E6565) onto the LTT HC. Companies must demonstrate capability to produce trailers compliant with a Government-provided Technical Data Package (TDP) and Army Technical Purchase Description (ATPD).

No contract details are available as this is a sources sought notice. A previous competitive solicitation resulted in IDIQ Contract W56HZV-21-D-0024 awarded to Schutt Industries.

Interested companies must submit a capability statement by 3:30 p.m., local time, Warren, MI, on February 11, 2025. To access the TDP and ATPD documents, companies must be certified in the Joint Certification Program (JCP), have an active SAM account, and submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Responses should include company name, CAGE code, point of contact, business size (NAICS 336212 and others), and a two-page summary of relevant experience and past performance within the last 3 years.

Access to TDP/ATPD requires JCP certification and an active SAM account. The government is seeking information from qualified contractors.

This notice is for market research purposes only and is subject to change. The government does not wish to obtain proprietary information. Companies are not required to develop or provide drawings or technical data in response to this notice.

• Export Control: Adherence to US Export Laws and Regulations is required.
• Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI): Addresses potential conflicts for company employees working on-site, requiring mitigation plans and preventing involvement in bids related to work where they had access to restricted data.
