• Cleanup: Contractor is responsible for disposal of all debris and general cleanup of the work area, including removal of old parts and materials, in accordance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.

• Inspections: Pre-final and final inspections will be conducted.

• Warranty: A standard one-year warranty is required, in accordance with FAR 52.246.21.

• Materials: Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, including personal protective equipment and cleaning products.

• Safety Requirements: Contractor must conform to all safety rules and requirements prescribed by Air Force Pamphlet 91-210, Contract Safety, Public Law 91-596, and OSHA.

• Security Requirements: All personnel require installation commander permission for entry and must abide by all installation security regulations. Background investigations may be required. Access to controlled or restricted areas requires escort.

• Antiterrorism: Contractors must support DoD antiterrorism requirements and complete required training.

• Contractor Badge Policies: Requests for contractor badges must be submitted through the Base Contracting Squadron Office. Unescorted access requires a Criminal Background Investigation (CBI). Badges are issued for a maximum of one year.

• Installation Access: Employees require personal contractor identification badges for entry. Vehicle registration, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license are required. Access may be restricted or suspended based on Force Protection Conditions (FPCON).
