- 3M Peltor ComTac VI Headset (Brand Name Only): Coyote Brown, featuring critical "Natural Interaction Behavior (NIB)" for localized communication, 21GC modular connector compatibility, gel-filled ear cushions, over-the-head and helmet rail mounts, battery operation, water resistance, and compliance with DA PAM 40-501 hearing conservation standards. The ComTac VI is justified as brand-name only due to its unique NIB function, which is essential for operational security and cannot be replicated by other products.
- Aries Dual Communication Push-to-Talk (PTT) Assembly (Brand Name or Equal To): Must provide dual, independent communication channels and be compatible with the specified headset and radio connectors.
- Radio Connector Cables (Brand Name or Equal To): Including 21GC Series connectors for Harris XG100/XL200, Motorola XTS Series, and Overmolded 6-Pin Military Multiband Radios (PRC-148, PRC-152, PRC-117). These must be 21GC modular or equivalent, provide secure connections, and have a minimum length of 18 inches.
All items must be new, in good working order, and delivered within 120 calendar days of award.

Submission & Evaluation
