Services that are out-of-scope include Armed Security Services, Language Interpretation and Translation Services, and CONUS Firefighting Services.
Strategic Initiatives & Acquisition Approach
The LOGCAP VI strategy emphasizes transformation initiatives such as a Digital Program Management Dashboard, Advanced Engineering Technologies (e.g., Digital Twin Modeling, Additive Manufacturing, Resilient & Smart Energy Solutions), AI-Driven Predictive Analytics, and Autonomous Logistics & Delivery. The draft acquisition strategy indicates a preference for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), utilizing Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract types, with a strong focus on small business integration.
Evaluation Strategy & Industry Input
The proposed evaluation strategy includes a Highest Technically Rated Offeror (HTRO) approach for IDIQ pool selection and a Best Value Trade-Off Competition for Task Orders.
