Statement of Work (SOW)

To disassemble and replace damaged shelving at a single location on Fairchild Air Force Base, maintaining safe and efficient warehouse operations.

• Disassemble and dispose of two (2) existing Independent Adjustable Racking Systems (IARS) sections.

• Supply, deliver, and install two (2) replacement IARS sections.

• Provide BRAND NAME BAN AIR or equal adjustable shelving.

• Shelving must meet specified salient characteristics (see Appendix A).

• All parts must be new; no refurbished materials accepted.

• Standard manufacturer warranties on parts and labor rates apply.

• All work to be completed, inspected, and accepted within 60 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

• Personnel must abide by Fairchild Air Force Base security regulations.

• Personnel performing work will be escorted and must pass a background check.

• Full name, DOB, SSN, driver's license issuing state, and license number are required for installation access.

• All work will be performed on Fairchild Air Force Base in specified buildings/locations.

• Hours of operation are 0700-1630 Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. Other hours require Contracting Officer approval.

• Anchor each foot to the ground for safety.

• Detach fire suppression support cable from old IARS and attach to the inside row of the new installation.
