Electronic versions of documents are required; .zip files are not accepted, and emails over 10 MB may not be received. Evaluation will be based on Price and Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7024. The government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct interchanges. Offerors must identify any exceptions to the SOW or terms/conditions and acknowledge Amendment 0001 by filling out blocks 15a, 15b, and 15c.
Additional Notes
All prospective offerors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Funds are not presently available, and the government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation. No award will be made until funds are available. Offerors agree to hold prices firm for 140 calendar days from the RFQ due date.
