Scope of Work
The contractor will coordinate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for initial setup and tear down of facilities and all supporting services. Key services include:
- Tents with A/C and Power Generator: For up to 800 personnel, including fuel, cleaning, pest control, dust abatement, and essential furnishings.
- Sanitary Facilities: Portable toilets and urinals with daily cleaning and waste removal.
- Portable Hand Wash & Shower Facilities: With potable and grey water tanks, daily cleaning, and disinfection.
- Dumpster & Trash Removal: Provision and servicing of 40-cubic yard dumpsters and 50-gallon trash cans.
- Laundry Services: Collection, cleaning, folding, and return within 48 hours for up to 800 personnel.
- Duty Tent, Community Tent, and Physical Training Platform.
- Water Trailer: Potable water storage and distribution.
- Influx / Transient Support: Provision of temporary tents for excess personnel on 48-hour notice.
