Scope of Work
The contractor will provide Board Certified Occupational Health Physician(s) / Physician Assistant(s), supervision, labor, tools, materials, and equipment to conduct Medical Surveillance Examinations / Occupational Health Services. This includes using mobile medical units (vans, trailers) to perform services such as vital signs, job functional analysis, bloodwork (CBC, Chem, Chromium, Cadmium, Lead, ZPP), urine chemistry, Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs), and dermatological examinations. The contractor must adhere to COVID protocols, CDC regulations, and ensure proper disposal of infectious waste. Personnel requiring examination include those in aviation, ground heavy equipment maintenance, mechanics, painters, and welders. The government will accept a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) for examinations, and any mention of audiometry in the PWS should be disregarded.
