This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services, issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under solicitation SP3300-26-Q-0110. • Procurement and delivery of new, commercially available MHE batteries and Flow-Rite watering systems compatible with existing Government-owned MHE.

• Batteries must meet specified voltage, capacity, dimensional, termination, and connector requirements. They must be new, unused, defect-free, and fully compatible with existing chargers and equipment.

• Flow-Rite watering kits are to be installed prior to delivery where specified.

• Delivery is FOB Destination.

• No on-equipment installation or removal of existing batteries is required.

• All items must be delivered undamaged and ready for operational use.

• A minimum 24-month manufacturer warranty is required for maintenance-free batteries.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Priced (FFP) purchase order.

• Delivery: 45 days after receipt of order.

• Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to brian.keckler@dla.mil by April 24, 2026, 1:00 PM EST.

• Facsimile and hard copy submissions will not be accepted.

• Quotes must include all required documentation; failure to do so may result in elimination.

• Award will be made to the responsive, responsible Offeror whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government, considering Lowest Technically Acceptable Price (LTAP) with the lowest overall price for ALL CLINs. Award will be on an all-or-none basis.

• Technical Capability and Past Performance are evaluated on an Acceptable/Unacceptable basis. Price is the determining factor for technically acceptable quotes.

• This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside.
