Scope of Work

A minimum 24-month manufacturer warranty is required for maintenance-free batteries. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible Offeror whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government, considering Lowest Technically Acceptable Price (LTAP) with the lowest overall price for ALL CLINs. Award will be on an all-or-none basis. Technical Capability and Past Performance are evaluated on an Acceptable/Unacceptable basis, with price being the determining factor for technically acceptable quotes.
