Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for planning, designing, and installing new signage to improve clinic identification for the MATHC, which is transitioning to direct care services.
- Road Sign: Design and install a solid, visible structure for both north and southbound traffic. The design must strictly adhere to an approved compliant picture with no deviations allowed, and the sign must not exceed 11 feet in diameter. Site visit encouraged.
- Building Sign: Design and install dimensional lettering (12-15 inches tall) on the east-facing exterior wall. A bold font, specifically Copperplate Gothic or similar black font, is preferred. Other dimensional lettering options will be considered.
- Installation: Furnish all necessary personnel, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision. This includes complying with all Federal, State, and Local regulations and obtaining required permits from Charles City County.

Submission & Evaluation
