Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for planning, designing, and installing signage to improve clinic identification on a busy roadway.
- Road Sign: Design and install a solid structure sign visible to both north and southbound traffic. The design must adhere to an approved compliant picture (no deviations allowed) and not exceed 11 feet in diameter. An 11-foot wide rectangular sign is acceptable, with a double-sided panel preferred for visibility.
- Building Sign: Design and install dimensional lettering (12-15 inches tall) on the east-facing exterior wall. The lettering should be on two lines, preferably in a bold font like Copperplate Gothic or similar, in black. Other dimensional lettering options will be considered.
- Installation: Furnish all personnel, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision. This includes complying with all Federal, State, and Local regulations and obtaining necessary permits from Charles City County. Daily site cleanup and warranty for all work and equipment are required.
