Purpose

Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and support for a self-contained mobile IV preparation trailer. This includes:
- Initial Set-Up: Delivery, installation, connection to required utilities, initial testing and certification for USP 797/800 compliance, staff training, and provision of all operational and compliance documentation.
- Continuing Maintenance and Support: Emergency response, scheduled preventive maintenance, repairs, upgrades, supply and installation of replacement parts, and detailed service record keeping with reporting.
Key Requirements
The mobile IV preparation trailer must be compliant with USP 797/800 standards and include:
- Dimensions: 44' to 58' in length, 8' to 16' in width.
- Interior: Specific rooms including a workroom, non-hazardous and hazardous anterooms, and hazardous and non-hazardous IV preparation/buffer rooms, equipped with required filtration, pressurization, and equipment (e.g., laminar airflow hoods, biological safety cabinets, refrigerators).
- HVAC System: Capable of maintaining specific temperature, humidity, and pressure ranges.
- Support: 24-hour emergency response, on-site non-emergency service, and a guaranteed 98% uptime rate during operational hours.
- Utilities: Fire alarm and water connection capabilities, 480 Volt 3PH 250 amp disconnect power, with the contractor providing necessary cables, conduits, and potentially a step-down transformer.
