Scope of Work

Proposals must include a defined music direction (genre, artist profiles, lyrical concept), which can be refined post-award.
- Production: Recording audio and video performances with high production values and capturing supplementary footage. Filming will not take place at the Embassy; proposed locations should be included in the proposal.
- Post-Production: Editing the video, integrating "Freedom 250" branding, incorporating feedback, and preparing final deliverables in various formats. The final music video should not exceed 3 minutes.
- Licensing & Legal Compliance: Securing global distribution rights for music, images, and performances, ensuring compliance with copyright and privacy laws. The U.S. Department of State will own the master recording and all materials for indefinite use on U.S. Government platforms.
