The new system must maintain specific environmental constraints for training equipment: operating temperature of 59 to 78 F (15 to 26 C) and operating humidity of 35% to 80% RH (non-condensing).

Services also include the removal and replacement of existing dust covers with custom-made roof adapters. To maintain security integrity and comply with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) Number 705, no new building penetrations are permitted, and existing penetrations must be utilized to the maximum extent practicable.
