  • Installing four NITO7 RF antennas on the rooftop platform of NIWC PAC Building 586.
  • Purchasing and installing one packaged close-loop chiller system (weather-resistant, 60/40 PGW coolant, 2.0 GPM flow rate, AN6/JIC Male 3/8" flared fittings).
  • Purchasing and installing one Model 3200 pole mount air dryer unit (weather-resistant, 3.2 PSIG max/1.2 PSIG min inlet pressure, AN4/JIC Male .25" flared fittings, 45 SCFH nominal flow rate).
  • Providing and installing exterior weather-proof subpanels for power and data cables.
  • Installing conduits and connections for power routing from the facility manager's panel to antennas, and installing outdoor power receptacles for each antenna, air dryer, and chiller.
  • Installing an indoor power receptacle for the equipment rack in Room 107.
  • Routing data fiber lines from Room 107 to the rooftop.
  • Sealing all exterior/interior penetrations and removing/disposing of all material waste.
