• Military modifications include specific data plate requirements (engraved, etched, or stamped), attachment identification, lubrication data plates, government property documentation (DD Form 1342), material inspection and receiving reports (DD Form 250), and build sheets.

• The system must conform to Department of Transportation (DOT) standards and Federal highway laws.
