- Installation of new asphalt shingles (GAF Timberline HDZ or approved equal in Barkwood color), underlayment (GAF Deck Armor Premium Vapor Barrier or approved equal), and flashings.
- Installation of a full-coverage secondary waterproofing barrier, including Ice and Water shield at eaves/rakes and synthetic deck protection across remaining roof deck surfaces.
- Removal of 22 existing solar panels and associated hardware, to be placed near the house for future Government use (not reinstalled).
- Removal of the existing metal stove pipe, with sheathing in that area to be replaced or patched for structural soundness and waterproofing.
- Removal and reinstallation of existing gutters and downspouts.
