Scope of Work

The scope also includes applying nonskid around existing surfaces (up to 12 inches above deck members, fittings, and coamings, approx. 2,180 SF), and build-up weld repair for various deck components (e.g., flight deck plate, deck edge coaming). Specific component replacements include 12 drain trough gratings, 48 mounting supports, 10 SF of deck edge coaming, and other items. Performance standards include inspecting and testing washdown nozzles and deck drains, removing and installing 20 new countermeasure washdown nozzles, and adhering to welding, magnetic particle/liquid penetrant, and nondestructive testing requirements. New markings must be applied using manufacturer's "color topping."

Evaluation Factors
