  • Develop and obtain approval for a project-specific Mitigation Plan addressing fire safety, environmental risks, work footprint, and emergency preparedness.
  • Remove all resulting scrap metal and waste, transporting it to a licensed disposal/recycling facility.
  • Protect existing infrastructure during demolition and disposal.
  • Sort demolished materials, segregating recyclable metals, and dispose of non-recyclable materials according to regulations.
  • Perform site cleanup to return the footprint to its original condition.
  • Comply with numerous federal, state, local regulations, and DoD/Navy issuances, including security and access regulations for NAVSTA Newport.

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price.
  • Period of Performance: 60 calendar days from the date of contract award.
