Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

Performance will be evaluated based on adherence to contract requirements, quality control plans, and applicable laws and regulations. Specific performance indicators are detailed within various Technical Provisions (TPs).

The work is to be performed at the W. Kerr Scott Reservoir, located on the Yadkin River, 3 miles upstream from Wilkesboro, North Carolina. The project covers 1,475 surface acres of water and approximately 5,775 acres of adjoining land.

• Contractor personnel must be legal residents of the United States and proficient in English.
