This includes the Visitor Assistance Center & Environmental Education Center, twelve recreation areas, approximately 40 miles of trails, shoreline areas, 1,475 surface acres of reservoir, security and fire systems, operational areas, forestry and wildlife lands, and Government-owned vehicles, vessels, and equipment. The objective is to maintain these facilities in a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing condition, ensuring uninterrupted visitor access and efficient infrastructure operation. The scope includes Level I (Off-Peak and Peak Months) and Level II (Unscheduled, Non-Routine Directed Services) O&M. The off-peak quantity for CLIN 0001 has been extended from 3 to 4 months.

Additional Notes
Offerors must be registered in SAM. Required insurance includes Workers' Compensation, Comprehensive General Liability, and Automobile Liability. Compliance with Engineer Manual (EM) 385-1-1 and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 is mandatory. A Wage Determination (No. 2015-4411, Revision No. 31) is applicable for North Carolina. Past performance will be assessed using the NAVFAC/USACE Past Performance Questionnaire (Form PPQ-0).
