Special Responsibility Standard
For offerors other than UNOS, a critical requirement is to have necessary permissions and access to UNOS proprietary systems to commence work immediately upon award. Offerors must make their own arrangements with UNOS and furnish proof of such an agreement. Failure to provide this proof will result in a finding of non-responsibility. The government will not facilitate the acquisition of required permissions or access.
Evaluation
