This Statement of Work (SOW) details the requirements for removing wallpaper and painting interior walls in Facility 336 at Vance Air Force Base, Oklahoma.

• Demolition: Complete removal of existing wallpaper and adhesive using steam only. Removal and disposal of existing wall base.

• New Construction (Paint): Preparation of all surfaces, including repairing dents and holes. Application of a "Knockdown" texture to match existing adjacent wall texture. Application of a minimum of two coats of "Mindful Gray" paint with an "Eggshell" finish. Protection of fixtures, doors, window frames, hardware, cameras, fire alarms, and other wall-mounted sensors.

• Wall Base Installation: Installation of new 4-inch black rubber cove base using high-quality adhesive.

• Fixture Reinstallation and Site Restoration: Secure reinstallation of all previously removed safety-mounted equipment to their original configuration, ensuring compliance with CDC safety regulations. Site to be cleaned to preconstruction conditions or better.

• Location: Facility 336, Vance Air Force Base, Enid, Oklahoma.

• Project Duration: 80 calendar days total. This includes up to 45 calendar days for non-performance (mobilization, material lead time) and 35 calendar days for actual work performance.

• Materials: Sherwin Williams brand paint is the standard, or an approved equivalent. All paints and primers must be Low-VOC or Zero-VOC and highly durable/washable. All materials must meet the Buy American Act. Specific material certifications and SDS are required.

• Work Hours: Work is strictly limited to weekend windows (Friday 6:00 p.m. to Monday 4:00 a.m.) to minimize interference with the Child Development Center's (CDC) weekday operations, unless otherwise directed.
