This solicitation is for "Kislak Painting Frames fabrication services" for the Library of Congress. The Library is opening the Kislak Gallery of the Early Americas exhibition in Fall 2026 and requires custom, conservation-grade frames, acrylic glazing, and support components for paintings on canvas. The contractor will also fit the paintings into the frames on-site at the Library of Congress prior to display.

• Fabricate and deliver eight (8) custom, conservation-grade frames for eight (8) paintings.

• Provide and install 6mm thick Optium Museum Acrylic glazing (or equivalent).
