To treat, eradicate, and suppress pest and termite populations within USPFO-PR, Building 541-Warehouse, Fort Buchanan, PR, 00934. This is a one-time pest and termite exterminating services contract. The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control, except for Government-Furnished items. Key tasks include:

• Developing and providing a one-time pest and termites exterminating services Control Plan.

• Sealing and cleaning all drilled holes and disturbed areas post-treatment to restore aesthetics and leave the site clean.

• The contractor must provide a Pest Management Plan (PMP) within 30 days of contract award.

• Services must be performed safely with minimal environmental impact and risk of contamination.

• Pesticides must not be stored, mixed, or disposed of on-site or on the installation.

• Warranties are required for specific treatments: 1-year for termites and wood-destroying insects, 1-year for ants, 30-day for mosquitoes and flies, and 60-day for cockroaches.

• Period of Performance (PoP) begins no more than 45 days after contract award and IPM approval.
