Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To maintain satisfactory grounds conditions at all times, presenting a safe and attractive environment for USACE staff and the public through pesticide application.

• Perform regular, recurring, and periodic grounds maintenance services for Government-use and public-use areas.

• Apply pesticides in compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws, and the requirements of this PWS.

• Apply pesticides to designated areas, including sidewalks, crevices, and concrete surfaces, chemically destroying weeds.

• Use only general-use (non-restricted) pesticides for upland locations.

• For locations in and adjacent to aquatic areas, use active ingredients of glyphosate or imazapyr.
