Scope of Work
The selected contractor will develop, execute, and manage the F.E. Warren Catholic RE program under the guidance of the Catholic Priest. Key responsibilities include coordinating catechist training for Archdiocese of the Military Services (AMS) certification, preparing and coordinating youth and adult catechetical programs (including sacramental preparation), and serving as the Catholic RE Volunteer Supervisor. The role also involves maintaining enrollment/attendance reports, scheduling special events, coordinating with Chaplain Corps leadership, managing budgets, ordering curriculum, reserving/maintaining chapel facilities, and providing RE statistical data. The current program serves approximately 50 youth and 12 adults, with about 12 special events annually.

Evaluation Factors

Important Notes
- Personnel Qualifications: Contractor personnel must be 18+, have a HS diploma, 2+ years experience, be English proficient, work cooperatively in an interfaith setting, have experience with Catholic/volunteer RE programs, and be proficient in MS Office/Adobe. A favorable criminal history background check and a favorable National Agency Check plus Written Inquiries (NACI) are required.
- Certifications: Current AMS basic minimum certification for RE Coordinator and a valid AMS Catechist Certificate are mandatory.
