Evaluation Criteria

Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.

  • Technical Capability: Offerors must provide two past experiences within the last three years as an RE Coordinator in a DAF Chapel, DoW Chapel, or Roman Catholic Church, including position title, job description, POCs, locations, and dates.
  • Price Realism: Proposed prices will be evaluated for realism, understanding of requirements, and capability to perform. Unrealistically low or unbalanced quotes may be rejected.
  • Price: Award will go to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. The Government may evaluate only the three lowest-priced quotes for technical acceptability if more than three are received.
