Scope of Work
The selected contractor will develop, execute, and manage the Catholic RE program under the guidance of the Catholic Priest. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and ensuring catechists are trained for Archdiocese of the Military Services (AMS) certification.
- Preparing and coordinating youth and adult catechetical programs, including sacramental preparation.
- Serving as the Catholic RE Volunteer Supervisor.
- Maintaining enrollment and attendance reports, scheduling special events, and coordinating with the Chaplain Corps.
- Preparing publicity, annual budgets, coordinating logistical needs, and ordering curriculum.

Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, with normal hours of operation Sunday through Saturday, 0800-1630. Telework is not permitted. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience, English proficiency, experience with Catholic programs and volunteer-based RE programs, and a favorable criminal history background check. Current AMS basic minimum certification for RE Coordinator and a valid AMS Catechist Certificate are mandatory.
