Heating and air conditioning will be provided by self-contained systems for each living unit and a central system for common areas. The design incorporates DoD Minimum Antiterrorism for Buildings standards, comprehensive interior design, accessibility, cybersecurity measures, and sustainability/energy measures, aiming for a minimum 40-year life. The project also includes the demolition of two existing buildings (6,389 Total SF).
