Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for the provision and on-site installation of four (4) two-wall pass-through steam sterilizers and associated accessories for the Kansas City VA Medical Center. The equipment is intended to support the Sterile Processing Service (SPS) for sterile medical equipment and surgical instruments.

• Four (4) high-capacity, fully jacketed 315-320L stainless steel steam sterilizers with specific dimensions (90" H x 39" W x 63" D).

• Must support electrical requirements (208V, 60HZ, 3-Phase, 10 AMPS, max 20 AMPS protection), a maximum pressure of 85 PSI, and a chamber volume of 725L.

• Integration with the CensiTrac Instrument Tracking System.

• Support for pre-vacuum and gravity steam sterilization, personalized cycle programming, and clean steam delivery.

• Includes installation, initial filter installation, software integration, and training.

• One (1) year preventative maintenance and comprehensive care plan for each sterilizer.

• Transfer carriages and loading cars with accessories.

• Equipment training for clinical staff.

• The contract type is contemplated to be Firm-Fixed-Price.

• Delivery is required by September 17, 2026.
