- Manufacturing: The awarded vendor must have capability and knowledge for LP-DED manufacturing and source raw materials from approved sources. 3D model files will be provided upon award.
Submission & Evaluation
Award will be made to the eligible, responsible offeror whose quote is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Technical acceptability requires:
- Submission of the name of the source for HR-1 powder.
- A written explanation demonstrating relevance of past work in scope, magnitude, and complexity.
- Consideration of past performance in SPRS. Quotes must be valid for at least 60 days. Offerors must be registered in SAM prior to award.
