Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide preventive maintenance services for the building's dual-fuel (gas and diesel) boilers at the United States Embassy in London, ensuring all systems are in good operational condition.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on three (3) Fulton Vantage VTG-2000DF boilers.

• Inspect, adjust, and perform scheduled preventive maintenance.

• Inventory, supply, and replace expendable parts (filters, belts, hoses, gaskets, etc.) as needed.

• Maintain an on-site supply of expendable parts and common parts.

• Provide trained and qualified technicians.

• Dispose of used oil, fuel, battery, and other toxic substances according to local law.

• Boilers must be clean and in good operating condition after service.

• Services should result in systems being in a condition to operate efficiently and effectively.

• No more than one (1) customer complaint per month is the performance standard.

• The contract will be for a one-year base period, with four one-year optional periods.

• Performance is expected to commence no later than May 15, 2026.
