- System Configuration & Integration: Provide configuration, engineering, and formatting of the Cisco VOIP system, integrating it into the current network infrastructure and migrating legacy ISDN-based systems.
- Deployment & Sustainment: Deploy the VOIP system with minimal disruption, including placing approximately 25% of physical hard phones. Provide ongoing sustainment, routine maintenance, software updates, troubleshooting, and ensure security compliance.
