Scope of Work

NSWCCD requires support to integrate multiple remote sites into its existing Cisco VOIP deployment and migrate legacy ISDN/VOIP users. Key services include:

  • Configuration, engineering, and formatting of the Cisco VOIP solution.
  • Integration with current network infrastructure and migration of legacy systems.
  • Deployment of the VOIP system with minimal operational impact.
  • Sustainment, routine maintenance, software updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Personnel must possess a Tier 5 (Secret) Personnel Security Investigation (PSI) and Cybersecurity Workforce designation.
  • On-site support is required at NSWCCD headquarters and detachments.
