Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and supervision for minor construction, maintenance, alteration, and repair of real property and utilities for U.S. Government facilities. This includes Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM), simplified acquisition of base repair, civil works operations and maintenance, and small renovations across various facility types (e.g., barracks, administrative, maintenance shops, utilities). The JOC Unit Price Book Europe 2025 is to be used for pricing and execution of work, with individual requirements issued via Task Order Proposal Requests (TOPRs).
