Scope of Work
This JOC will cover a wide range of minor construction, repair, maintenance, and demolition projects for U.S. Government facilities. This includes Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM), simplified acquisition of base repair, civil works operations and maintenance, and small renovations. Projects may encompass barracks, administrative facilities, maintenance shops, child development centers, physical fitness centers, food service facilities, airfield structures, athletic fields, and various utility and structural elements. The contract explicitly excludes purchasing supplies, services, A-E services, fuels, utilities (beyond connection), construction equipment, furnishings, or housekeeping services.
