Evaluation Criteria

  • Past Performance: At least three (3) references for similar projects. Failure to submit these will deem a proposal non-responsive.

Site visits must be scheduled for NLT May 8, 2026. Mandatory PPE (mask and gloves) is required for access; virtual visits are not permitted.
