To provide temporary berthing for U.S. Coast Guard Reserve personnel in Port Clinton, Ohio.

• Provide temporary berthing in Double Occupancy rooms, with Single Occupancy rooms as a secondary option based on availability.

• The lodging facility must be located within 15 miles of USCG Port Security Unit 309, Erie Industrial Park, Bldg. 360, Port Clinton, OH 43452.

• Multiple hotels may be used if they collectively meet the specified standards.

• Facilities must meet the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990.

• Facility standards must minimally meet AAA Three Diamonds or equivalent.

• Room entrances must be accessible only via internal hallways.

• Internal hallways must have locked exterior doors, accessible by key-holding guests only.

• Internal hallways must be accessible from the facility lobby.

• The facility lobby must be staffed 24/7 by a front desk attendant.

• Periods of Performance (Check-in / Check-out Dates):

  • July 10, 2026 – July 11, 2026 (21 Double Occupancy Rooms)

• Place of Performance: Within 15 miles of Port Clinton, OH 43452.

• All rooms shall be non-smoking.

• Cancellations accepted 48 hours prior to check-in date.

• Government will only pay for items/services on the purchase order; Government is exempt from taxes.

• Government will not pay for ancillary services such as telephone, premium TV, internet, room service, restaurant charges, honor bar, laundry, or gratuities.

• Individual Coast Guard members are responsible for personally charged services.

• Contractor must provide a copy of the final invoice and folio to specified Unit Berthing Coordinators via email.

• Contractor must confirm room reservations with authorized personnel once rooms are booked.
