Purpose & Overview

Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive services including:
- Project Management: Overall coordination and oversight.
- Interior Design: Comprehensive design services.
- FF&E and Space Planning: Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment planning and space optimization.
- CONOPS and Transitioning Planning: Concept of Operations development and transition strategies.
- Acquisition Support Services: Package development, activation, delivery, relocation, installation, training, turnover, and post-occupancy support. An optional task for Warehousing and Warehousing Management Services is also included.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP).
