This is a Sources Sought Announcement for market research purposes. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) San Diego Healthcare System is seeking information from potential qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs), 8(a), HubZone, and other Small Businesses interested in providing Stryker leased equipment and the associated preventive maintenance services. This announcement is not a solicitation and does not obligate the government to award a contract.

• Lease of Stryker Equipment for Endoscopy/Neurosurgery & Ortho Spine procedures.

• Preventive maintenance services for the leased Stryker equipment.

• Provision of on-site specialist technicians.

• Services include labor, certified technicians, travel, supervision, materials, training, licensing, documentation, and permits.

• Repairs and maintenance must be performed by Stryker-trained and certified field technicians.

• Replacement parts are to be furnished on an exchange basis at the contractor's expense.

• NAICS Code: 811210 (Medical, Dental, and Ophthalmic Device Repair and Maintenance) with an approximate size standard of $34 Million.
