Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide Initial Outfitting, Transition, and Activation (IOT&A) services for the Sarasota Outpatient Clinic (OPC) to ensure it is fully operational by the projected first day of clinical services in June 2029.

The contractor will provide professional services, including labor, materials, transportation, and equipment, to support the planning, activation, outfitting, and transitioning of the Sarasota OPC. This includes comprehensive project management, interior design, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), space planning, CONOPS and Transitioning Planning, and acquisition support services.

Performance will be monitored based on established metrics including Qualified Workforce, Quality Performance, Deliverables, and Quality Control, with specific standards outlined in Section 34.0.

Primary place of performance is the Government's facility, with necessary off-site work at the IOTA contractor's facility. Face-to-face meetings will be held at the Government's facility in Bay Pines, FL. Workdays are Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with core hours from 0700 to 1530 ET.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract, set-aside for 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
