Scope of Work
The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation for comprehensive early warning system services. Key requirements include:
- Installation of new Early Warning Systems and Rain Gauges.
- Repair and upgrade of existing Early Warning Systems.
- Relocation of Early Warning Systems.
- Servicing, cleaning, and calibrating Rain Gauge Sensors. These tasks will be performed at specific dam locations within the Hoosier, Huron-Manistee, Mark Twain, Monongahela, Shawnee, Wayne, and White Mountain National Forests. Systems must collect and transmit water level and rainfall data via satellite or cellular, allow remote monitoring, send instant alarms, and operate on solar power with battery backup.
