Scope of Work

All IAQ sampling and air monitoring must adhere to current standards from AIHA, ISO, ASTM, OSHA, NIOSH, and ACGIH. Key deliverables include detailed written reports for each facility, incorporating lab results, conclusions, and recommendations. Laboratory services must be accredited by the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) under the Environmental Microbiology Laboratory Accreditation Program (EMLAP). Required labor categories include Certified Industrial Hygienist, Industrial Hygienist, Risk Assessor, Mold Assessor/Remediators, and Mold Assessment Consultant. The contractor must respond to "Emergency Requirements" within 2 hours and "Standard" requirements within 48 hours.
